Myself, along with my family, left Vietnam when I was only a child and we arrived to America as refugees. I'm a licensed clinical social worker in the healthcare field who has called the United States home for over 30 years.

I am a Cajun-Pakistani lover of plants, whose earliest quests to find a sense of home was equally shaped by the Louisiana bayou and the Appalachian mountains. These days, I split my time delving into herbalism and filmmaking, and balance it all out by co-dreaming a revolution of love with the Durham community.
